"John was recommended as a person who would work hard for us to sell our house. That turned out to be an understatement. His dedication and integrity was well above our expectations, so he quickly gained our trust and confidence in all of his recommendations. We listed the house early in 2010, and were very optimistic to sell quickly, because the house had many good features compared to others in the neighborhood. Months passed with showings but no offers, so the price was lowered multiple times to remain competitive. Despite our improvements like central air, hot tub, landscaping, new garage door, and a new roof, buyers were focusing on inside updates like carpet, paint, neutral colors, and especially a modern kitchen. "I’m writing to wholeheartedly endorse John Chamberlin as an excellent Realtor. John served as our Listing Agent on our property at 760 Nickel St. in Broomfield. John specializes in what I think of as the dying art of customer service. At the start of the process, he offered excellent advice and resources for fixing problem areas in our home and yard to make them as attractive as possible to potential buyers. He kept us constantly updated on interested buyers. For me, one of the most important aspects of our interaction with John was that he kept me in the loop of information as much as he did my husband. Even though I was not officially on the deed to the house. John treated us as equals when it came to the decision-making. This was not only incredibly respectful, but also practical since I worked from home and was the person dealing most directly with showing the house.
